Divaris hires principal for Richmond office

Loretta L. Cataldi will manage operations, leasing, company growth

Virginia Beach-based real estate company Divaris Real Estate Inc. announced Tuesday it has named Loretta L. Cataldi as principal and managing broker.

In her new role, she will work in Divaris’ Richmond office leading office operations, leasing activities, recruiting, mentoring and company growth. 

Cataldi was most recently partner at The Shopping Center Group, and has also previously worked with Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. During her 20-year career, she has represented mid-Atlantic region tenants and landlords. 

Cataldi is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, Commercial Real Estate Women of RVA and Greater Richmond Area Commercial Real Estate.
