Virginia Credit Union buys land in Fredericksburg for a future branch

A 1.8-acre site on Spotsylvania Parkway in Fredericksburg has sold for $1.4 million.  According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Virginia Credit Union Inc. purchased the land from Cosner East  LLC for $1.4 million for the location of a future branch.

Thalhimer's Berkley Mitchell and Mike Degen handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
