Walgreens in Henrico County sells for $3.8 million

A Walgreens at a traffic light intersection of Hungary Springs Road and West Broad Street in Henrico County sold for $3.8 million to an undisclosed buyer who purchased the property as an investment.

The 13,905–square-foot retail building is situated on 1.4 acres at 7900 West Broad Street.

Eric Robison and Catharine Spangler of the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Capital Markets Group handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, JBE Broad LLC.  Daniel Herrold of the Stan Johnson Co.  represented the purchaser.
