Wilton Companies buys Shockoe Bottom retail property for $1.9 million

The Wilton Companies LLC has purchased The Shoppes at 2300 at East Main and 23rd Streets in Richmond for $1.9 million.

Tenants at the 11,600-square-foot retail, residential and mixed-use historic rehab project include 23rd and Main Taproom, Subway and Couture Imaging Spa.  According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which represented the seller, the retail component is 100% leased.

Thalhimer said in a press release that Wilton purchased the property as an investment.  Connie Jordan Nielsen and Alicia Farrell of Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, Shoppes at 2300 LLC.
